What this means for you: Since your PCP is retiring, we ask that you select a new Primary Care Physician within our office. You don’t need to change your provider or find a new office – you can stay with us!
What You Need To Do:
- Please contact your insurance company and let them know that you would like to choose a new PCP within our practice.
- If you need assistance in selecting a new PCP, feel free to reach out to our office, and we will be happy to help.
We understand that this situation may be confusing but rest assured that you can continue to receive care from us with minimal disruption. If you have any questions or need further assistance, don’t hesitate to give us a call or message us through the patient portal.
