The Same Trusted Care, Now From Home.
Extended Telehealth Hours for Suburban & Alden Pediatrics Families
Getting your child the care they need shouldn’t always require a trip to the office. Our telehealth services make it easier to connect with a trusted provider, with expanded appointment hours and convenient online scheduling for eligible visits.
Telehealth visits are available for eligible patients ages 6 months and older who are physically located in New York State at the time of their appointment. Some conditions require an in-person visit.

How Your Telehealth Visit Works
Connecting with your pediatric provider from home is simple.
Schedule Your Appointment
Book an eligible telehealth visit online or call our office at 716-565-9030 for assistance.
Prepare for Your Visit
Find a quiet, private, well-lit space with a reliable internet connection. Have your child nearby and any relevant medical information ready.
If you have a Telehealth Kit, have your equipment available and record any requested measurements before the appointment.
Connect With Your Provider
At your scheduled appointment time, your provider will send a secure video link to your mobile phone via text message.
Simply tap the link and allow access to your camera and microphone. No app download or account creation is required.
Please allow a 15-minute window for your appointment to begin.
Receive Personalized Care
Your provider will discuss your child’s symptoms, review relevant information, and recommend appropriate next steps.
If an in-person evaluation is needed, our team will help determine the appropriate next step.
When Is an In-Person Visit Needed?
While telehealth offers convenient access to pediatric care, some symptoms and conditions require an in-person evaluation.
Certain symptoms require an in-person evaluation and may need urgent medical attention, including:
- Difficulty breathing or chest pain
-
Dizziness or fainting
-
Asthma flare-ups
-
Severe abdominal pain
- New or severe headaches
-
High fever without a clear cause
-
Signs of dehydration
Infants younger than 6 months with sick concerns also require an in-person evaluation.
Our team can help determine the most appropriate care for your child.
Telehealth is not intended for medical emergencies. If your child is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911.
