Dear Patient,

We wanted to reach out to clear up some confusion regarding the recent letter you may have received from Independent Health. The letter mentioned that your current Primary Care Physician (PCP), Dr. Wang, Dr. Schamann, and Dr. Marfurt, will no longer be participating with Independent Health. This is due to their upcoming retirement at the end of the month.

We want to assure you that our office still accepts your insurance, and another provider at your office would be happy to take over your care.
